Nine useful topics

The questions that matter before launch.

Each answer is visible on this page and eligible for matching FAQ structured data.

Getting started: Can I begin without an account?

Yes. Squad Recap is guest-first. Choose Friend Group, Birthday, or Summer and enter the visual creator shell. An account is required before invitations, checkout, or publishing.

Creating a recap: What can the finished website include?

A cover, people, photo chapters, memories, quotes, positive awards, and a closing message. Optional empty sections can stay out.

Members and photos: What are the Free draft limits?

12 photos, 6 members, and 5 contributors. The draft stays private and cannot be published.

Contributors: Will contributors need accounts?

No. The planned workflow uses recap-scoped invitation links. The creator claims an account first and reviews what enters the finished recap.

Plans and payments: Are Basic and Premium subscriptions?

No. Basic is $4.99 once per recap and Premium is $8.99 once per recap. Paid plans include five years of hosting.

Publishing and sharing: Will a published recap appear in search?

No. Customer recap routes remain noindex and out of the sitemap. The default planned sharing state is unlisted.

Privacy: Is password protection available?

It is an approved privacy option, but the complete password workflow is not implemented in Phase 4. Drafts are private and customer recaps remain noindex.

Account help: Why is sign-in disabled in this local preview?

The page preserves the Supabase passwordless architecture but does not pretend that production email delivery or a complete account workflow is available.

Reporting and deletion: How do I report content or request deletion?

Use the dedicated Report route for content guidance and Contact for routing help. The technical foundations exist; staffed launch operations are not active yet.

Still deciding where to go?

Use the path that matches the problem.

Safety reports, account questions, billing guidance, and product questions should not all enter the same fake contact form.
