Review status

This outline is not final legal terms. Professional legal, payment, safety, privacy, and operational review is required before launch.

Status of these terms

This page is a launch-draft outline of the terms the product will need. Final contracting entity, effective date, governing law, dispute terms, contact information, and jurisdiction-specific language require professional review before launch.

Eligibility and accounts

Squad Recap is planned for ages 13 and older. Creators may begin as guests but need a verified account before invitations, checkout, or publishing. Final age, consent, capacity-to-contract, and parental requirements require professional review.

Your content and responsibilities

Creators and contributors should add only material they are permitted to use and should respect the privacy and safety of the people shown. Final content licence, permissions, takedown, repeat-infringer, and complaint language must be professionally reviewed before launch.

Acceptable use

The product is not for harassment, threats, hateful content, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, illegal material, or content that endangers a minor. Final definitions, enforcement, appeals, and moderation procedures remain launch work.

Plans and payment

The current product contract defines a private Free draft, $4.99 Basic, and $8.99 Premium. Paid prices are one-time per recap. Taxes, checkout disclosures, merchant details, receipts, refunds, disputes, and payment-related age requirements must be finalized before accepting payment.

Hosting and availability

Basic and Premium are designed to include five years of hosting from first publish. Squad Recap does not promise lifetime or uninterrupted hosting. Final continuity, export, maintenance, suspension, backup, and end-of-term terms require review before launch.

Privacy and access

Drafts begin private and customer recaps default to unlisted. Unlisted links can be forwarded. Password protection is an approved option but its complete workflow is not yet implemented. The Privacy notice explains the current data-handling design.

Deletion, reports, and refunds

Reporting, deletion, and payment-refund requests are separate processes. The technical foundation supports moderation and deletion orchestration, but final operational procedures, response times, legal exceptions, and refund terms are not yet approved.

Service limitations

The launch product is a photo-and-text recap website. It does not include printed products, PDF export, music, video, public social networking, or public customer-content indexing. Additional limitations and warranty language require professional review.
